About this position
What you´ll do
- Be the first contact of external customers to request payment date for overdue balances
- Answer incoming inquiries from external customers and internal stakeholders
- Take care of accounts receivables maintenance in order to keep customer accounts up-to date
- Provide clearing activities and closing of vendor compensations
What makes you a good fit
- University student of studies in Economy or Administration, or any related field is advantage.
- Active knowledge of English and fluency in Croatian or Slovenian language is a must.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Responsible working approach, concentration on details, willingness to work with data.
- Communicative, open-minded personality, team player, analytical, active attendance and medium-term cooperation
- Substitute during paternity leave - (6 months contract)
