About this position

What you´ll do

  • Define and execute global / regional / local account strategy, including annual revenue plan (KP) and target plan (TP)
  • Translate customer’s strategy and priorities into a joint Global innovation roadmap
  • Develop and maintain sustainable and long-term relationships with OEM and Tier 1, key executives and sponsors
  • Executes and develops strategies for product / technology positioning and defines training and promotional needs with Marketing
  • Identifying market dynamics, developments/product/service expectations and translates them into business growth opportunities
  • Builds relevant customer / market relationships and attends and supports relevant events, exhibitions, trade fairs and interactions with the governments in the region
  • Steers and support internal resources to execute account strategy
  • Be responsible for timely and accurate admin. tasks supporting account strategy incl. sales forecast updates, monthly reports, etc.

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor's degree at a minimum is required. Prefer a degree in a technical area of study
  • 5 years at a minimum of experience in Aerospace industry preferable OEM or Tier 1
  • Strong strategic planning & business acumen with proven experience in building relationships
  • Excellent interpersonal skills along with strong customer interaction and communication skills
  • Ability to travel will be required at a minimum of 50%. Potential for International Travel in the future
  • Fluent French Skills are required as well as English, Spanish are optional
