What you´ll do

  • Act as the strategic interface between Procurement and the North America Consumer Brands business, aligning brand roadmaps with optimal sourcing strategies for raw materials, packaging, and contract manufacturing.
  • Lead and steer key cross-functional projects — including innovation launches, brand restages, cost-savings initiatives, and transformation programs such as raw material and packaging simplification, contract manufacturing optimization, and production footprint changes.
  • Drive cost and value creation through end-to-end Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis and tailored risk assessments to ensure timely, efficient, and value-focused project execution.
  • Partner with Marketing, R&D, and suppliers to integrate innovative and sustainable solutions into new product developments, restages, and sourcing strategies.
  • Promote procurement excellence and resilience by ensuring supply continuity, leveraging platforming opportunities, and fostering collaboration across business and category teams.
  • Leverage digital tools and data insights to enhance project visibility, performance tracking, and stakeholder reporting.

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, or a related field, with 3+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, operations, or project management.
  • Strong procurement expertise with solid understanding of sourcing processes, supplier management, and TCO principles.
  • Demonstrated project leadership skills with the ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong business and strategic acumen, capable of translating brand and business needs into actionable procurement strategies.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Proven stakeholder management and collaboration skills, engaging proactively with business teams and suppliers to identify risks, opportunities, and value-adding solutions.
  • Effective communication skills in English (written and verbal); Spanish or other languages are an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and interest in digital tools, innovation, and continuous improvement; ERP experience is a plus.

The salary for this role is $80,000.00 - $95,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
