What you´ll do
Dayforce Integration Management:
- Lead the Dayforce aspect of the SAP-to-Workday integration.
- Perform full impact assessments for Dayforce-related changes.
- Ensure API connectivity and data flow between Workday and Dayforce is seamless and secure.
Testing & Cutover Leadership:
- Support all testing cycles across countries, ensuring data readiness.
- Act as the cutover lead for HarMoney projects, collaborating closely with Dayforce teams.
- Coordinate parallel testing and comparisons to validate data accuracy.
Data Migration & Preparation:
- Prepare legacy SAP data for mock and actual go-live testing cycles.
- Create repeatable processes for data cleansing, transformation, and migration.
- Understand and manage the impact of retroactive and future-dated records in Dayforce.
Template & Workshop Facilitation:
- Prepare and load Dayforce templates for testing and production.
- Facilitate Global HR (GHR) workshops to align stakeholders and ensure readiness.
- Coordinate Dayforce data cleansing activities across countries.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HCM systems integration, with at least 1 year in Dayforce and Workday.
- Proven experience in large-scale HRIS transformation projects, especially SAP to Workday migrations.
- Strong understanding of Dayforce data structures, templates, and payroll processing.
- Experience with API integrations and middleware platforms
- Excellent project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Preferred Experience in global HR/payroll implementations across multiple countries.
- Familiarity with HarMoney or similar global transformation programs.
- Certification in Workday or Dayforce is a plus.
- Experience with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.

Minimum salary: 2000 EUR gross (Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience. The gross salary is based on these aforementioned criteria and is finally determined after the personal interview).
