What you´ll do
- Support the global Procurement Innovation function in strengthening our end-to-end supplier-enabled innovation processes
- Create an onboarding handbook to help new team members quickly understand the processes and resources
- Develop a supplier innovation ranking system using existing data and introducing new ideas to evaluate innovation potential
- Support strategic planning by gathering focus areas and conducting deep dives with PD colleagues to inform future roadmapping cycles
- Provide day-to-day support for the team, contributing to ongoing projects and operational tasks as needed
What makes you a good fit
- Student who is pursuing a bachelor or master degree in innovation management or business related studies
- Knowledge of open innovation practices such as technology scouting, innovation challenges, crowdsourcing platforms, and supplier capability mapping
- Strong analytical and digital skills, with advanced proficiency in MS Excel, e.g. data analysis, PowerQuery, pivoting, structuring large datasets
- Hands-on experience with MS SharePoint and MS Lists, including setting up structured repositories, workflows, and version-controlled content
- Ability to build and maintain Power BI dashboards for visualizing innovation pipelines, roadmaps and KPI tracking
- Comfortable working with interconnected datasets and designing simple data architectures to ensure consistent, transparent reporting
- Detail-oriented, structured thinker with the ability to synthesize information from procurement, R&D, and suppliers
- Curiosity and willingness to learn about materials, chemistry and innovation processes

We offer you an attractive salary between € 1050-2270. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
