What you´ll do
- Support the setup and structuring of a team collaboration platform, e.g. SharePoint
- Analyze existing information flows and document structures within the team
- Design and implement logical folder structures and libraries
- Support the creation of team pages, guidelines and templates
- Assist in defining naming conventions, access rights and version control rules
- Migrate and organize existing documents into the new platform and ensure user-friendly navigation and searchability of information
- Collaborate with team members to understand requirements and collect feedback
- Create simple user documentation and best-practice guides
What makes you a good fit
- Enrolled student in business administration, information management, IT, engineering, or a related field
- Interest in digital collaboration tools and document management
- Very good written and spoken English language skills
- Basic understanding of Microsoft 365, especially SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive
- Structured, organized and detail-oriented working style
- Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with team members
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills

We offer you an attractive salary between €1.050-2.270 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
