What you´ll do:
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities in compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist with timely and accurate accounting postings, account reconciliations, and trial balance reviews
- Prepare reports, financial computations, and supporting documentation
- Assist with manual payments, invoicing requests, and fixed assets administration
- Support the preparation and review of VAT journals, accounting registers, and statistical reports
- Active participation in external and internal audit, preparation of documentation for internal control, annual counting
- Ensure accurate processing, archiving, and maintenance of financial documentation
- Support the preparation of financial statements, forecasts, budgets, and analytical reports
- Analyze customer payment behavior and support accounts receivable management activities
- Review overdue balances and support credit management processes
- Contribute to the development of reports using Business Intelligence (BI) tools and SAP scripting
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments and support internal and external audit activities
- Participate in finance projects focused on process improvement and digital transformation
- Support ad-hoc financial analyses and reporting requests from the Finance team
What makes you a good fit:
- University degree or final-year student in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- No previous professional experience required
- Good accounting knowledge
- Good to very good English skills, both written and spoken
- Medium to advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Initiative and determination to achieve results
- Good organization and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility, curiosity, and willingness to learn
- Interest in finance, accounting, and digital tools
