About this Position

We are looking for a proactive, creative, and business-minded team player who enjoys driving change, influencing stakeholders, and turning ideas into results. In this role, you will work across functions and regions to accelerate AI adoption, lead upskilling initiatives, run business pilots, and track real impact through meaningful business KPIs. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, manage multiple workstreams, and help identify and scale high-value AI opportunities across the organization.

What you´ll do

  • Drive global AI adoption and workforce upskilling initiatives
  • Design engaging campaigns, workshops, learning experiences, and communications
  • Coordinate cross-functional AI pilots and identify high-value business use cases
  • Define success metrics and measure adoption, productivity, and business impact
  • Analyze pilot results and develop recommendations for scaling
  • Manage multiple workstreams and support stakeholder alignment and negotiations
  • Leverage modern AI tools for research, content creation, and visual storytelling

What makes you a good fit

  • Student pursuing a degree in business, marketing, communications, innovation, digital business, or a related field
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Strong interest in AI, digital transformation, and business value creation
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
  • Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and project coordination capabilities
  • Ability to work across functions, cultures, and regions in a global environment
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools for research, content creation, insights, or visual design is a strong advantage
  • Self-driven, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Availability for a six-month internship starting August 2026

We offer you an attractive salary between €1.050-2.270 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
