What you´ll do
The Sales Program Specialist plays a critical support role within the Kenra Professional sales organization. Working closely with the Sales Manager, this position is responsible for the coordination and execution of sales planning, promotional execution, customer communications, trade marketing, and cross-functional alignment between Sales and Marketing. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytically minded, and thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.
- Support strategic retail and distribution accounts, including Amazon, Target, Ulta, Regis, and other key partners.
- Coordinate new product launches, item setup, planogram updates, customer communications, and promotional execution.
- Develop presentations, reports, and business reviews to support customer and internal meetings.
- Analyze sales performance, customer trends, and promotional results to identify business opportunities.
- Support forecasting, sales planning, pricing maintenance, and order management activities.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Education, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless execution of business priorities.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer requests and help drive timely solutions
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years experience in sales support, account coordination, trade marketing, sales operations, or a related commercial role.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills with the ability to analyze data and generate business insights.
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the beauty, personal care, CPG, retail, eCommerce, or distribution industries preferred.
- Familiarity with retail planograms, new item setup, CRM platforms, sales reporting, or trade promotion tools is a plus.
- Comfortable presenting to internal stakeholders and external customer contacts.
- Demonstrates initiative, takes ownership, and proactively identifies solutions and opportunities

The salary range for this role is $80,000.00 and $100,000.00. This range represents the good‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
