• HSD/GED
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehousing, material planning, and production support processes.
• Understanding of supply chain management principles, transportation, and logistics operations.
• Experience with cycle counting, physical inventories, inventory reconciliation, and stock accuracy programs.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and operational excellence methodologies.
• Ability to manage budgets, analyze operational costs, and drive productivity improvements
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP Ability to develop, monitor, and interpret KPIs through dashboards and reporting systems.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Microsoft Power Platform, or similar business analytics tools preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong people leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.
• Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Results-oriented with a strong focus on customer service, quality, and continuous improvement.

The salary range for this role is $95,000.00 and $105,000.00. This range represents the good‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable.  The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
