About this Position

Local manufactured (JPCM) products, manufacturing sites, co-packing site.
It is also responsible for the quality management of imported products from GSC, China, Thailand and U.S, as the situation requires.   

What you´ll do

Lead the quality performance in the country.
Ensure compliance with Henkel quality requirements as well as any applicable legal and regulatory standard related to quality and product safety.
Define, review, update and continuously improve the local quality management system in
compliance with Henkel Q strategy and Integrated management system.
Regular inspection and auditing contract manufacturers/raw material and package suppliers
Lead discussion and drive decisions and solution with relevant stakeholders on potential quality incidents.
Improve quality issues of manufacturing site causes with sites.
Analyse and improve on consumer complaints received from Customer Service.
Manage collected data on NP and product STD documents.
Attend on Zero/first production on site.
Manage laboratory equipment and environment.
Deal with local authority requirement and Henkel requirement with Q manager.
Manage laboratory equipment and environment.
Communicate with Asia Q on JP quality incidents with Q manager.
Manage quality in the transportation and warehousing process with Q manager.

Regularly inspect the quality executions in the LSP (Logistics Service Provider) with Q manager.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP
Experience of hygienic design and manufacturing
Experience of working with local contracted suppliers, especially manufacturing site
Good knowledge and experience in local cosmetics regulation
Good experiences of collaboration with regional and global team
