About this Position

We are looking for a Digital Project Manager who combines strong project management capabilities, solid procurement expertise, and a data-driven mindset to accelerate the digital evolution of our Procurement organization. The ideal candidate understands procurement processes, can successfully lead complex digital initiatives in a global setting, and is confident working with complex data landscapes. They are able to understand, interpret, and leverage procurement data, translate it into actionable insights, and effectively engage with business and technical stakeholders to design and implement the right digital solutions.

What you´ll do

  • Lead digital transformation initiatives across Procurement from ideation through implementation and adoption, using a hybrid methodology (agile and waterfall)
  • Own the product lifecycle for internally developed Procurement applications, including roadmap planning, prioritization, enhancement management, and user adoption
  • Drive requirements engineering, process redesign, and solution development by translating business needs into scalable digital products and solutions
  • Execute the Procurement digital roadmap in close collaboration with business stakeholders and ensure delivery of strategic priorities
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
    Act as a trusted advisor to Procurement stakeholders, providing guidance on digital opportunities, product strategy, and solution design
  • Leverage procurement data and business insights to identify improvement opportunities and support informed decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, user-centric, and compliant digital solutions that create measurable business value

What makes you a good fit

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience driving digitalization, process improvement, or transformation initiatives within Procurement
  • Proven experience in project management, product ownership, or digital product delivery, including requirements engineering and solution design
  • Strong procurement expertise combined with analytical skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to translate business needs into digital solutions
  • Fluent English language skills
