What you´ll do
The National Business Manager, Beauty, is responsible for leading the Target business for Henkel Consumer Brands' Beauty portfolio, including Dial, Keratime, got2b, and other assigned brands. This role owns customer strategy, sales execution, and business performance, partnering closely with Target to drive sustainable growth, market share, profitability, innovation, and omnichannel excellence. The National Business Manager serves as the primary customer lead, building strong relationships and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver mutual business objectives.
- Develop and execute the annual business plan to deliver Target sales, share, and profitability objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Target merchants and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Lead annual negotiations, line reviews, innovation sell-in, and business planning activities.
- Manage customer forecasting, trade investment, promotional planning, and overall account performance.
- Identify growth opportunities through assortment, merchandising, pricing, promotion, and digital shelf optimization.
- Partner with Marketing, Category Management, Finance, Supply Chain, and Shopper Marketing to deliver customer and company objectives.
- Utilize customer, syndicated, and shopper data to develop fact-based recommendations and selling stories.
- Monitor business performance, proactively addressing risks and capturing opportunities.
- Deliver strong execution across in-store and omnichannel initiatives.
- Provide clear, timely communication and leadership on customer priorities and business results.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5+ years of sales, account management, category management, or related CPG experience.
- Direct experience managing Target business strongly preferred.
- Established relationships within Target Beauty preferred.
- Experience in Beauty, Personal Care, Hair Care, or related consumer packaged goods categories preferred.
- Strong business, financial, and analytical acumen.
- Proven ability to influence customer decisions and drive business growth.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively across a matrixed organization and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in leveraging data, insights, and analytics to drive business decisions.

The salary range for this role is $130,000.00 and $160,000.00. This range represents the good‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
