What you´ll do
As an apprentice you will:
- Assist with preventive maintenance, equipment repairs, and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Support equipment setup, changeovers, adjustments, and replacement of components such as motors, bearings, belts, sensors, and valves.
- Maintain and service production equipment, conveyor systems, pumps, mixers, packaging machinery, and facility utility systems.
- Contribute to reliability improvements, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and accurate maintenance documentation within the CMMS.
- Follow GMP, safety, Lockout/Tagout, and company policies while collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain a safe, clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
What makes you a good fit
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- No prior manufacturing maintenance required, but mechanically inclined.
- As part of the apprenticeship program, employees may be required to attend college courses, technical training, trade school classes, online courses, certification programs, or other approved educational instruction.
- Some educational requirements may occur outside of the employee's normal work schedule and could require attendance during evenings, weekends, or other non-working hours.
- Successful completion of required coursework, training modules, testing, certifications, and on-the-job training milestones is expected and may be required for continued participation in the apprenticeship program.
- Unless otherwise provided by company policy or a written agreement, time spent attending classes, studying, completing assignments, or participating in required educational activities outside of scheduled work hours is not considered paid work time.
- Educational assistance, tuition reimbursement, books, supplies, and related expenses may be provided in accordance with company policy but are not guaranteed.
- The position is in the factory and could involve standing, walking and lifting for long periods of time throughout the day. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 pounds. Must be able to reach, lift, bend and stoop without restrictions. Good manual dexterity needed.
- Schedule flexibility is key.

The hourly pay range for this role is $20.00 and $23.00. This range reflects the good‑faith minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting. This role is classified as non‑exempt, and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in this position may be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms of compensation, depending on role and location. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, training, certifications, and work location.
