What you´ll do
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and facility equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations while minimizing production downtime.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical (up to 480V), hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated systems, including VFDs, HMIs, sensors, instrumentation, motor controls, and starters.
- Respond to equipment failures, conduct root cause analysis, replace defective components such as bearings, motors, pumps, gearboxes, sensors, and valves, and verify proper equipment performance after repairs.
- Execute scheduled maintenance activities, inspect equipment to identify potential issues, lubrice machinery, replace worn parts, and maintain accurate maintenance records and equipment history.
- Adhere to all safety policies and regulatory requirements by following Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, using appropriate PPE, maintaining OSHA compliance, and promptly reporting safety concerns and near misses.
What makes you a good fit
- Demonstrated mechanical maintenance expertise, including preventive and predictive maintenance, hydraulic and pneumatic system troubleshooting, bearing and gearbox replacement, pump repair, lubrication practices, welding/fabrication, pipefitting, mechanical alignment, and precision measurement using calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators.
- Strong industrial electrical knowledge with experience troubleshooting electrical systems, reading schematics, working with AC/DC motors, three-phase power, motor controls, VFDs, control circuits, relays, electrical panels, HMIs, sensors, instrumentation, and performing electrical testing using multimeters and megohmmeters.
- Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, including root cause analysis (RCA), equipment failure analysis, diagnostic testing, and implementing corrective actions to improve equipment reliability and performance.
Experience with maintenance planning and reliability practices, including preventive and predictive maintenance programs, work order management, CMMS systems (SAP), equipment documentation, and maintenance reporting. - Commitment to workplace safety and effective teamwork, with knowledge of OSHA regulations, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), arc flash awareness, confined space entry, machine guarding, fall protection, hot work safety, PPE compliance, safe lifting practices, and strong communication, training, time management, adaptability, and team collaboration skills.

The hourly pay rate for this role is $31.00. This rate reflects the good‑faith minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting. This role is classified as non‑exempt, and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in this position may be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms of compensation, depending on role and location. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, training, certifications, and work location.
