What you´ll do
- Act as the global subject matter expert for mixing technologies and processes, defining standards, guiding technology selection, and ensuring best-practice deployment across the global manufacturing network
- Lead the technology and investment assessments for strategic capital investments projects
- Partner with R&D and supply Chain innovation teams and define the technology and the investment for innovation projects
- Support commissioning, qualification and all Vertical startup activities for new equipment and manufacturing lines including FAT & SAT
- Define and maintain global standards, technical guidelines, and best practices for mixing processes across all categories
- Contribute to global digital transformation and sustainability objectives through the standardization, optimization, and continuous improvement of mixing processes and technologies
- Support global sustainability initiatives through reductions in waste, energy consumption, water usage, and raw material losses
- Partner with Procurement to identify, assess, and qualify OEMs and strategic suppliers, ensuring alignment with global mixing technology standards and business requirements
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline, Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a regional /global engineering or a manufacturing role
- Demonstrated expertise in mixing technology and operations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and change management skills
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Operational Excellence methodologies
- Fluent English skills and willingness to travel up to 10-15%
