- SAP IBPやERP関連のシステム導入・改善プロジェクトのリード
- 国内外のステークホルダーとの連携およびワークショップの推進
- 計画業務の標準化およびベストプラクティスの展開
- 複数工場に対する業務支援・プロジェクト推進
- システム導入に伴う要件定義、テスト、トレーニングの実施
- グローバルプロジェクトへの参画およびチェンジマネジメントの推進
適したスキル
必須要件
- 流暢な日本語と日常会話レベルの日本語力（会話・読解・筆記・リスニング）
- Supply Planning、Demand Planning、生産計画、プロセスマネジメントの経験
- ERPシステムの導入または運用経験
- プロジェクトマネジメントまたはプロジェクトリーダー経験
- 自律的に業務を推進できる能力
