Sustainable Henkel dry wash aircraft cleaner enhances efficiency and reduces costs

As a global leader in structural adhesives and surface treatments for the aircraft OEM and MRO industries, Henkel has introduced Bonderite C-AK DW 805 AERO cleaner. Manufactured in the U.S., this innovative, water-saving aircraft cleaner effectively removes dirt and oils and protects surfaces in seconds, eliminating the need for costly water rinsing and wastewater treatment.

This ready-to-use, viscous emulsion can be easily applied by spraying or damp mopping onto any aircraft interior or exterior painted surface, as well as on unpainted aluminum. Bonderite C-AK DW 805 AERO clings to vertical surfaces, activates by mopping, and wipes off easily with a clean, damp microfiber cloth just seconds after application. The result is a clean, high-gloss finish that provides long-term protection against harsh environmental factors such as corrosion, UV rays and oxidation.

Bonderite C-AK DW 805 AERO is free from phosphates, chromates, halogenated and aromatic solvents. It is safe for use on plexiglass, acrylic and polycarbonate, causing no etching or damage to plastic surfaces. It is also safe for use on metals, paints and glass.

This advanced dry wash aircraft cleaner is non-flammable and offers a high flash point, ‏(>94°C). It delivers reliable performance over a wide range of temperatures and humidity levels, and can be safely stored and transported in temperatures ranging from +5°C to 45°C.
