Planiranje proizvodnega vzdrževanja v celicah polnjenja in mešanja ter vzpostavitev in izvedba pravilnih sistemov vzdrževanja.
 

Kaj bodo vaše naloge

  • Udeležba na dnevnih LDOR, CDOR in TM sestankih in določitev dnevnih prioritet vzdrževanja v izogib ustavitev.
  • Zbiranje in priprava podatkov za učinkovito planiranje izvajanja vzdrževalnih aktivnosti.
  • Planiranje terminsko določenega preventivnega vzdrževanja in analiza potencialov za izboljšave na opremi z uporabo DMS metod.
  • Pregled dnevnega urnika proizvodnje za zagotavljanje optimalne strategije in podpore proizvodnji.
  • Zagotavljanje zadostnega števila internega in eksternega osebja za planirane posege vzdrževanja.
  • Organizacija sestanka za pregled planiranih vzdrževalnih del in uskladitev s procesnimi inženirji, vzdrževalci, vodji proizvodnih celic in plansko službo.
  • Vodenje administracije v zvezi s terminsko določenim preventivnim vzdrževanjem.
  • Vodenje in coaching (usposabljanje) procesa odprave okvar zaradi mehanskih vzrokov.
  • Sodelovanje pri najbolj težkih reševanjih problemov in ponavljajočih se izgubah.
  • Validacija standardov avtonomnega vzdrževanja in pregled pravilne izvedbe na dnevnem nivoju.

Zaradi česa ste dober kandidat

  • Imate vsaj VI. stopnjo  izobrazbe tehnične smeri,
  • imate izkušnje s poznavanjem vzdrževalnih procesov, nabave rezervnih delov,
  • imate izkušnje z vodenjem oziroma koordiniranjem manjših skupin,
  • se tekoče sporazumevate v angleščini,
  • ste proaktivni in usmerjeni v iskanje rešitev.
