About this Position
Become a team member of the diverse and global Henkel Consumer Brands Packaging Research & Development Sustainability team, collaborate with the team members and contribute with your ideas.
What you´ll do
- Establishing correlations between various recycled plastic grades, derived from different feedstocks, and their mechanical, visual, and toxicological properties
- Collecting and analyzing laboratory data on the performance of recycled PET and Polyolefin resins
- Conducting statistical evaluations and correlation analyses, including regression and multivariable techniques
- Comparing and visualizing performance metrics across feedstocks and recycled plastic grades
- Summarizing key insights and preparing a comprehensive final thesis report
What makes you a good fit
- Master student in polymer science, materials science, chemical engineering, packaging technology, mathematics or chemistry
- Fluent in written and spoken English language
- Strong expertise in statistical analysis, or data science
- Exceptional analytical skills and experience with statistics and/or data analysis tools, e.g. Excel, Minitab, Python, R or similar
- Structured, independent way of working with good communication skills
- Excellent research, analytical and problem-solving skills
