障がい者採用ポジションです。磯子拠点における研究・ラボの安全管理を中心に、安全・衛生・環境・セキュリティ・危機管理（SHE）に関する業務全般を行っていただきます。尚、こちらのポジションは1年間の有期雇用契約となります。

What you´ll do
- 研究・ラボの安全管理を中心に、安全・衛生・環境・セキュリティ・危機管理（SHE）に関する業務全般を担当。社内関係者（サイトマネージャー、R&Dチーム）および社外関係者（協力会社、Henkelのグローバル・地域・国内のSHE担当者）との連携を図りながら、各種施策の推進・管理
- R&D部門にて、安全・衛生・環境・セキュリティ・危機管理（SHE）活動全般をリード。化学物質管理や緊急対応、法令遵守、健康管理など多岐にわたる業務を、社内外の関係者と連携しながら推進

- 化学などの理系分野での大学卒業（学士号）を有する方
- 安全・環境・化学・工学系など、関連分野での実務経験・学習・知識を有する方。化学関連業界での業務経験をお持ちの方は尚歓迎。
- 英語の読み書きが可能な方（基礎レベル、翻訳ツール使用可）。会話スキルがあれば尚可
