What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety or Environmental Engineering (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of working experience with chemicals or shoes manufacturing industry
- A general safety specialist certificate
- Good knowledge of SMK3 PP50 in 2012, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards
- Familiarity with PROPER and SIMPEL government portals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and drive safety culture
