About this Position

As a CoE Project Support Payroll in our GBS+, you will be primarily responsible for supporting Global Process Owner of Payroll & Time Attendance with tasks related to implementation of a global payroll & workforce management transformation project.

What you´ll do

  • Ensure improvement and automation of Global invoicing and charge to Controlling
  • Steer and track completion of Global Payroll and Time documentation
  • Steer Change Request process and act as escalation point
  • Monitor internal and external tickets (statuses, volumes), analyze trends and improvement areas
  • Identify training needs for Business As Usual countries
  • Steer payroll projects

What makes you a good fit

We will provide you with the onboarding and respective trainings. However, as you will support Global Payroll & Workforce Management tasks, we require:

  • Education in Human Resources, Accounting or Business Administration
  • Previous experience in HR is a must (minimum 4 years)
  • Previous payroll/WFM experience is a must (minimum 2 years)
  • Strong communication skills and customer orientation
  • Full working proficiency in English language
  • Strong ownership and drive, passion for self-development 
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Previous experience with project management and good time management skills
  • Knowledge of Dayforce system or other global payroll system is an advantage

Minimum salary: 1700 EUR gross (Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience. The gross salary is based on these aforementioned criteria and is finally determined after the personal interview).
