What you´ll do
- Deliver regular reports for Corporate HR Business Partners in Henkel Adhesives Technologies
- Collaborate closely with the HR Controlling for Adhesives Technologies and Process Owner in designing automations and process improvements
- Investigate troubleshoots discrepancies in data in collaboration with respective Process Owners
- Deliver and drive projects in the respective area of responsibility
- Execute daily operations, support business and functions with relevant process and technical expertise
- Advise the teams with expertise and experience and support tools and training of users
- Act as trouble shooter, internal consultant and validate process documentation while improving processes and assuring quality
- Monitor, analyze, report and solve complex process dependencies
- Have global impact scope and become a part of virtual team
What makes you a good fit
- Minimum 5 years of working experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Reporting or controlling
- Understanding of the HR processes and fluency in English
- Advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel, knowledge of PowerBI and VBA is a plus
- Experience in project management would be beneficial
- Detail oriented driver with ability to see the big picture
- Skilled communicator able to work in time pressure

Minimum salary: 1800 EUR gross (Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience. The gross salary is based on these aforementioned criteria and is finally determined after the personal interview).
