What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- 7+ years of B2B sales experience in industrial adhesives, coatings, or related materials, with a proven UAE market track record.
- Strong people leadership experience, with a record of developing high-performing teams.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to define and execute go-to-market plans.
- Proven ability to deliver complex technical solutions in commercial terms.
- Deep understanding of industrial manufacturing processes, adhesives, and coating technologies.
- Experience in pricing, contract negotiation, and CRM-driven commercial management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus, with strong cross-cultural business acumen.
