What you´ll do
- Support the international Public Affairs and Governmental Relations (PAG) team in coordinating and managing topics with a political dimension across global markets
- Contribute to the assessment, development, and implementation of PAG governance frameworks and strategies for Henkel’s key countries and regions
- Conduct research and stakeholder analysis on regulatory trends, policy developments and geopolitical risks relevant to Henkel’s business sectors
- Prepare briefing materials and internal presentations for senior leadership and cross-functional teams
- Take ownership of your own independent PAG project, aligned with current strategic priorities and supported by a senior mentor
What makes you a good fit
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in International Relations, Political Science, Public Policy, Law, Business or a related discipline preferably at an advanced stage
- Previous internship or professional experience in political institutions, government affairs, international organizations, think tanks or multinational corporations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German; additional languages are an advantage
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with AI-based tools for research or communication is highly desirable
- Proactive, detail-oriented and analytical mindset, with the proven ability to work independently and handle complex topics
- Enthusiastic team player with a genuine interest in the intersection of business, politics and international affairs
- Availability for 3–6 months starting February 2026

We offer you an attractive salary between €1.050-2.270 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
