About this Position

This position is responsible for executing regulatory compliance and registration activities for consumer chemical products (안전확인대상생활화학제품) and beauty care products in Korea, in accordance with MOE and MFDS requirements. 

What you´ll do

  • Execute regulatory compliance activities as required by local regulations.
  • Execute regulatory submissions and ensure compliance throughout the product lifecycle, including labeling, advertising/promotional material review, and management of product changes.
  • Handle inquiries from marketing, business, and trade related to regulatory matters.
  • Provide regulatory guidance, consultation, interpretation, and advice to relevant departments to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Monitor emerging local and regional regulatory trends and assess their potential impact on products.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align regulatory strategies and provide timely regulatory support.
  • Support export markets with registration documentation.

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in a chemical-related major is required.
  • Minimum of six (6) years experience in Regulatory Affairs within cosmetic products under MFDS and consumer chemical products (안전확인대상생활화학제품) under MOE is strongly preferred.
  • Native in Korean and business-level in English (both written and verbal) are required.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to critically analyze and apply knowledge to solve problems.
  • Passionate, willingness to learn.
