What makes you a good fit
- Recent graduate or early-career professional with a Bachelor/Master degree in business administration with technical affinity or STEM, Industrial Engineering or a similar technical field.
- Fluent in English and local language according to location (English, Polish); proficiency in another European language is a plus.
- Demonstrated interest in selling innovative adhesive solutions in various B2B industries. Previous internships in sales with a technical or innovation focus are advantageous. Eager to pursue a local sales role in indicated location post-trainee program.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Team player with fresh ideas and effective collaboration skills.
- Experienced in MS Office, Power BI and SAP. Additional digital and data know-how is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in the dynamic Marketing & Sales environment.
- Open to relocating within Europe for up to 3 months during the traineeship.
- Possession of a valid local driving license
