About this Position

This 9‑month temporary role supports day‑to‑day HR Operations by coordinating and executing administrative and HR process–related activities. The HR Ops Analyst ensures compliance with corporate standards and local regulations, provides support across multiple HR processes, and collaborates with HRBPs and Centers of Excellence to implement key HR initiatives. This role is ideal for a recent graduate looking to learn and grow within HR while working in a dynamic, operational environment.

What you´ll do

  • Coordinate and execute daily HR operations and administrative tasks.
  • Support various HR processes while ensuring compliance with HR policies, standards, and legal requirements.
  • Assist in organizing employee events, workshops, sessions, and seminars.
  • Support the design and execution of performance evaluation programs.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs and CoEs to implement strategic HR projects within the business.
  • Manage key administrative and logistical responsibilities (baby on-board kits, welcome kits, cost‑center, HR events).
  • Prepare HR communications, internal announcements, and presentations.
  • Create simple designs and visual materials using Canva.

  • Recent graduate or experience as an intern, assistant, or trainee in HR, Communication, Psychology, Administration, or related fields.
  • Genuine interest in learning more about HR Operations, Talent processes, and Internal Communications.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and enjoyment of administrative and process‑driven work.
  • Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data handling) to support operational analysis.
  • Comfortable using Canva and PowerPoint to create simple designs and professional presentations.
  • Clear communication skills, solid time management, and a collaborative working style.
