About this Position
What you´ll do
- Set up and develop a defined part of the global business/functional process
- Lead cross-functional projects to establish new processes aligned with evolving business needs in collaboration with global process owners and key user community
- Monitor, govern, and ensure adoption of the respective processes across regions and business units
- Continuously improve processes, systems, and the operating model using data and feedback loops
- Leverage synergies across regions and SBUs to reduce duplication and increase standardization
- Advance digitalization and automation within the process and promote effective GBS+ usage
- Increase speed and reliability through automation while optimizing cost structures
- Track and realize savings resulting from automation and GBS+ solutions
- Share and apply best practices globally to continuously simplify and reduce complexity
What makes you a good fit
- Master’s degree in International Business Management or related field
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in process management
- Project management experience, including leading cross-functional teams and stakeholder management
- Familiarity with process automation, workflow tools, and continuous improvement methods
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to build trust across functions and regions
- Ability to work in a global environment and manage indirect project resources (up to 10)

Minimum salary: 2800 EUR gross (Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience. The gross salary is based on these aforementioned criteria and is finally determined after the personal interview).
