What you´ll do

  •  Develop and execute regional brand protection initiatives aligned with global brand protection strategy and business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (Legal, Marketing, Sales, Channel, Operation…) and build a brand protection network.
  • Online Management: Manage online brand protection vendor and build strong relationships with e-commerce and social media platforms to take down infringing listings.
  • Anti-counterfeiting Solution: Collaborate with product manager to enhance the product design and increase the barrier for infringers to copy our products
  • Technical Verification: Manage a clear process for production verification and counterfeits reporting.
  • Offline Enforcement: Work with legal counsel to proactively identify, investigate, and take relevant actions against counterfeit operations, trademark infringements, and gray market activities.
  • Brand Protection Communication: Work with global, regional, and local market customer activation team, channel team and sales team to realize brand protection communication.
  • Data Analysis: Track and report on key metrics (e.g., number of takedowns, market value released), analyze relevant trends, and recommend proactive measures.

What makes you a good fit

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Brand Protection Manager to safeguard our company’s valuable brand Loctite in NAMEX and LATAM. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive brand protection strategy to combat counterfeiting, trademark infringement, and unauthorized sales. The ideal candidate will have a good track record in brand protection and cross-functional collaboration with legal, marketing, and sales teams.

  • Qualifications & Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree. Advanced degree in law or IP certification is a plus.
  • Experience: 3+ years in brand protection, anti-counterfeiting, grey market infringement prevention, IP enforcement, or any other related fields.
  • Proven experience working with online platforms, law enforcement, and customs is a plus.
  • Familiarity with trademark and IP laws, regulations, and practices in US. A good understanding of relevant laws and regulations in other key markets in NAMEX and LATAM is a plus.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Fluent in English.

The salary for this role is $ 125,000.00 - $ 170,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
