What makes you a good fit
- Minimum of 5-8 years’ experience in manufacturing environment, preferably in the coatings, paint, or chemical industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with demonstrated ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electric, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems and equipment.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management skills and experience that enable delivery of time-pressured projects to meet all schedule, budget, operational, quality, and health & safety targets.
- Ability to multitask effectively and execute multiple projects and assignments at various stages, working with cross-functional teams and different internal and external stakeholders.
- Customer-centric mindset, prioritizing product optimization and process efficiencies.
- Demonstrated understanding of pertinent regulatory compliance and approval requirements as it relates to existing and new technology
- Proficiency working with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, etc.), CAD software, SAP, etc.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English required for internal / external reporting and communication.

The salary range for this role is $100,000.00-$125,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
