About this Position

As a Digital Analyst for North America, you play a key role in turning complex digital data into meaningful insights that guide smarter marketing and web experience decisions. This role exists to help the business understand how users interact with our digital touchpoints and how our campaigns perform—ultimately ensuring we invest in the right activities that strengthen our brands and drive measurable impact. You’ll be part of a collaborative digital analytics team that partners closely with marketing, SEO, paid media, and content specialists across the region. The environment is dynamic, data-driven, and solution-focused—ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and shaping how digital performance is measured. What you´ll do

  • Advanced data analysis of marketing campaigns and user behavior, thereby building hypothesis, providing insights & recommendations to support stakeholders
  • Development, standardization, and automation of reports and dashboards using reporting and visualization tools
  • Support in development, roll-out, implementation, and testing of tracking guides and concepts
  • Assist the business in managing user access for web tracking and reporting tools (e.g. GA, GSC, GTM, etc.)
  • Setting up, maintenance and managing tracking of Henkel websites in web tracking tools
  • Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot site's presence in GSC (Google Search Console)
  • Actively support the business in enhancing different related topics such as SEO and paid media
  • Creation and improvement of reports with the goal of improving campaign, brand, country, regional and global digital performance

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Marketing Analytics or related field
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in digital marketing or brand management; Proven track record of managing digital campaigns and social media strategies
  • Experience in using Web Analytics Tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Sprinklr, Search Console) is required
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge in MS Tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) is required; Intermediate to advanced knowledge in analytics tools (Power BI, Power Pivot, Power Query) is required
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge in data mining and data processing tools (Python, R, SQL, BigQuery, DataBricks) is an advantage
  • High proficiency in English verbal and written communication; Skills in international stakeholder management, reporting and presentation
  • Must be highly creative, organized and pays attention to detail.; Ability to interact with contacts at all levels within the organization
  • Amenable to work on a night shift schedule (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM), and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
