About this Position

Looking for an experienced Process Operator within the Adhesive Technologies division at Henkel, responsible for maintaining quality control standards with limited supervision while ensuring all warehousing and operational activities align with company procedures and safety requirements. Brings strong working knowledge of end-to-end warehouse and stores duties, exercising sound judgement and discretion within the scope of the role, and is capable of working independently or collaboratively within a team environment. Demonstrates advanced interpersonal and communication skills, along with competent computer and system proficiency to support inventory and operational processes. Holds a current and valid forklift licence, ensuring safe and efficient material handling across operations. 

What you´ll do

  • Manage store layout, goods receipting and dispatch, and participate in stocktakes/cycle counts.
  • Identify production batches, locate and weigh raw materials in line with batch sheets, and accurately record/stage data in the system.
  • Conduct raw material, in-process and finished goods sampling, including quarantine and release procedures.
  • Unload raw materials from bulk tankers in accordance with site procedures.
  • Submit maintenance and preventative maintenance requests as required.
  • Perform housekeeping audits and support traffic management duties.
  • Maintain high standards of safety (SHE compliance), punctuality, and attention to detail, with a strong understanding of production processes.

What makes you a good fit

  • Proficient in intermediate SAP modules and general computer applications.
  • Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant or similar administrative/operational role.
  • Previous experience in chemical, industrial, or manufacturing environments highly desirable.
  • Valid forklift license with practical operational knowledge.
