About this Position

Location: Nordic HQ, Stockholm

Duration: 6 months with option to extend to 12 months, full-time (starting March 2026)

Kick-start your career in business at one of the world’s leading FMCG companies and work with iconic consumer brands, such as Schwarzkopf, got2b, Barnängen, Bref and others. As an intern with Henkel Consumer Brands, you’ll support our Swedish KAM team and gain hands-on experience across strategy, analysis, and daily customer operations.


What you´ll do

In this internship, you will for example:

  • Take ownership of your own projects designed to grow your capabilities and contribute meaningfully to our commercial success.
  • Support Key Account Managers and the Head of Sales across the Nordic markets.
  • Perform business and campaign analyses.
  • Assist in campaign execution, including coordination with Marketing and Trade Marketing.
  • Improve and maintain internal processes, reports, and tools that support the Nordic KAM organisation.
  • Handle operational and administrative tasks essential for running the business.
  • Translate and optimise digital assets for local markets.

What makes you a good fit

  • A full time university student in Business, Sales, Marketing or similar, aiming for a future career in Key Account Management 
  • Fluency in Swedish and English; additional Nordic languages are considered an advantage.
  • Confident user of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Analytical, structured, proactive and comfortable working with numbers.
  • A communicative team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Available full time for 6 months from March 2026.
