What you´ll do

  • Provide ongoing administrative support to the Senior Manager, National Education and the broader Education team. 
  • Assist with scheduling, meeting notes, follow-up tracking, and intra-department communication. 
  • Manage documentation, file organization, and administrative workflows to ensure smooth day to day operations. 
  • Support budget tracking, vendor coordination, supply ordering, and other operational needs as assigned. 
  • Serve as the primary coordinator for incoming education requests submitted through the Engage360 platform. 
  • Review requests for accuracy, urgency, and alignment with program priorities; assign to appropriate educators based on region, availability, and skill set. 
  • Maintain and update scheduling, user records, and request statuses in the platform. 
  • Monitor educator capacity, travel considerations, and workload balance to ensure efficient resource planning. 
  • Act as a support contact for salon partners, DSCs, and internal teams regarding the status of education requests. 
  • Contribute to department workflows such as reporting, content organization, and digital updates to education platforms. • Support inventory management for educator kits, materials, and event supplies as needed. 
  • Assist in preparing digital assets, tracking attendance, and organizing metrics related to education execution. 
  • Support event planning teams with logistics and preparation as it pertains to the education team for shows, trainings, and education events. 
  • Assist with travel arrangements, supply preparation, and onsite setup/tear down as necessary. 
  • Support budget tracking, vendor coordination, reporting preparation, and other administrative tasks to enhance efficiency and alignment across the Education team. 
  • Coordinate travel logistics for Independent Contractors and Artists, including booking flights, hotels, trains, and airport transfers. 
  • Complete and submit FOC orders related to event and show needs.
  • Order all event-related supplies, including educator kit 
  • Deliver high-quality, brand aligned in-person education sessions for salons, stores, events, and distributor partners. 
  • Facilitate hands-on classes, product knowledge seminars, technical demonstrations, and workshops. 
  • Represent the brand in a professional, engaging, and passionate manner during field visits and regional events. 
  • Tailor education content to the needs of each partner or audience, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and strong product/technical expertise.

What makes you a good fit

  • Valid Hairdressing License with strong foundational technical skills. 
  • Minimum 5 years of salon experience, demonstrating advanced proficiency in cutting, coloring, finishing, and client consultation. 
  • Proficiency with PC applications, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn additional platforms quickly. 
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with confidence educating both small groups and large audiences. 
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, schedules, and administrative tasks simultaneously. 
  • Comfort delivering in field education, including hands-on classes, product knowledge sessions, and technical workshops. 
  • Ambitious, confident, and engaging public speaker who can represent the brand professionally across diverse audiences. 
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a dynamic team environment. 
  • Customer focused mindset with a positive, solutions-oriented attitude. 
  • High level of integrity, reliability, and strong work ethic in both administrative and field-based responsibilities. 
  • Ability to travel regularly, including overnight stays for regional education, events, and training commitments.
  •  Valid Driver’s License and comfort traveling independently for field education.
  • Strong digital and technical aptitude, including the ability to manage scheduling platforms, education systems, and digital content tools (experience with Engage360 an asset). 
  • Ability to remain flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment with shifting demands and changing priorities. 
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, with the ability to collaborate cross functionally with Sales, Curriculum, Marketing, Events, and external partners.

The salary for this role is $70,000.00 - $85,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.  This salary range may also be modified in the future.
