About this Position

As Head of Infrastructure Latin America (Latam), you define and drive the regional infrastructure, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership. You ensure that Facility, Security, Safety and Health Management are tightly aligned with business priorities and actively enable performance across the region. You combine operational excellence with long-term transformation, delivering sustainable, resilient, and cost-effective solutions at scale. By setting clear standards, creating transparency, and orchestrating regional execution, you ensure that capabilities directly support business success. This is a pivotal leadership role for executives who think holistically, act decisively, and translate strategy into measurable regional impact. 

What you´ll do

  • The Head of Infrastructure Latam leads a team of more than 50 FTE in the Latam region and is accountable for: Facility Management, Fleet Management, Security Management, Resilience (Crisis Management, Business Continuity) as well as Safety, Health and Environment. This role ensures compliance with standards and local regulations, drives reporting transparency, and constantly seeks excellence and cost effectiveness in his/her team's activities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, ensuring that Infrastructure strategies directly support business goals.
  • The Head of Infrastructure Latam develops and maintains strategic, sustainable, and effective working relationships with the stakeholders in the region. This encompasses external and internal stakeholders including Country ExComs and up to Regional Leadership level and global functions.
  • This role coordinates the response to potentially high impact events in his/her cluster: Crisis Management, Threat Management.
  • The Head of Infrastructure Regions develops and promotes excellence and expertise in the aforementioned areas.
  • Participates and contributes in relevant external networks.
  • Lead regional Infrastructure projects and support cross-regional alignment between teams.
  • Execute regional talent management and succession planning strategies to build a strong leadership pipeline.
     

What makes you a good fit

  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience within a relevant field.
  • Master's degree in Security, Safety, Health, Facility Management or any other related field.
  • Experience managing Security, Safety, Health or Facility Management across multiple countries.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams in a global environment.
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • High level of personal initiative, accountability, and interpersonal skills, combined with an inspiring and collaborative leadership style.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (written & spoken); further language skills are a plus.
  • Flexibility to travel internationally as needed.
