About this position
What you´ll do
- Provide end-user support for PCs and mobile devices.
- Manage and maintain accurate IT inventory records.
- Perform installation, configuration, and setup of PCs and mobile devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT tickets in a timely and efficient manner.
- Develop and maintain user manuals and technical guides.
- Support Microsoft 365 applications including O365, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) video conferencing systems.
- Conduct basic Local Area Network (LAN) troubleshooting.
- Update and maintain network inventory documentation and network diagrams.
- Support System Engineers on network and data center-related topics.
- Ensure compliance with Henkel’s internal guidelines, policies, and regulations.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical field.
- 0–1 year of relevant experience in IT support, networking, or systems administration.
- Fresh graduates with strong technical foundations are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, hardware, and networking concepts.
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and develop within a dynamic IT environment.
