About this Position

 

What you´ll do

  • Drive digital transformation across GBS+ by shaping global upskilling and adoption initiatives for AI and other digital technologies
  • Define the strategy, govern execution, and ensure measurable impact of global upskilling events (e.g., Tech Fairs), learning programs, and digital change management programs
  • Lead and orchestrate the GBS+ Digital Network, acting as community lead for multiple expert groups 
  • Build and steer a clear digital culture narrative that reach the entire GBS+ team of 3700 employees
  • Create and evolve digital skills frameworks, lead the digital pillar of the GBS+ campus program, and embed digital skills into career development with internal/external training offerings
  • Develop and execute adoption approaches for key transformation fields (including AI), providing hands-on digital consulting and contributing to digital/AI frameworks
  • Consult stakeholders across our processes and locations to identify capability needs and prioritize the right digital skill investments
  • Own a portfolio of digital pilots on emerging technologies, coordinating testing, evaluating outcomes, and recommending scale-up actions 

What makes you a good fit

  • Master degree in International Business with focus on Digital or master in Information Technology
  • 7 years of relevant work experience in Digital Transformation
  • Excellent communication skills able to simplify complex digital topics into clear narratives
  • Passionate about enabling others to upskill and advance their digital capabilities
  • Fluent English skills
