- Education: Master’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Engineering, Material Science, Electronics, or a related field.
- Industry Experience: Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in market strategy, business development, or product management within the electronics or semiconductor industry, with a strong emphasis on advanced materials and packaging technologies.
- Strategic Acumen: Demonstrated success in developing and executing global market strategies, including experience with market entry, M&A, and competitive intelligence.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of semiconductor packaging processes, materials, and market trends.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to synthesize complex market data and trends into clear, actionable strategies.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.
- Innovation Mindset: Track record of driving innovation and managing product portfolios throughout their life cycles.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to influence and present effectively at executive level.
- Global Perspective: Experience working in a global environment and willingness to travel internationally as required.
- Language: Fluency in English; ideally also Mandarin, additional languages are a plus.
