What you´ll do
- Manage Henkel owned machines and moulds located at suppliers all over Europe
- Drive savings, improvements, and digitalization
- Maintain asset data in Henkel systems SAP and Mold Management System
- Assure service by maintaining assets in good shape
- Lead asset replacement and capacity extension investment as project manager
- Manage inventory taking and cost allocation
- Constant coordination with suppliers
- Close cooperation within 3PM team, with functions and production sites
What makes you a good fit
- Master’s degree in engineering or equivalent fields
- Min. 3 years professional work experience in the fields of project management, technical or operation/manufacturing environment in an international environment
- Technical background, process improvement skills are beneficial
- Fluent English is a must
- Practical experience in MS Office and SAP is an advantage
- Ability to organize, and handle challenging deadlines
- Strong organizational, communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel
- Driving licence
