We’re looking for a forward thinking Demand Planner to join our Hair Professional Supply Chain team. In this role, you will manage the end to end forecasting process for a portfolio of brands, ensuring the right products are available at the right time while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
You’ll work closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, and our Global Supply Planning teams in a fast paced, complex supply chain environment. This role is ideal for a candidate who combines analytical rigor with curiosity, collaboration, and the confidence to challenge assumptions and bring fresh ideas.
- Build, maintain, and optimize SKU level forecasts extending up to 18 months, using historical trends, commercial insights, and system generated models.
- Analyze forecast performance, identify drivers of variance, and implement corrective actions to continuously improve accuracy.
- Lead S&OP and demand alignment meetings, ensuring cross functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Global Planning.
- Integrate promotions, new product launches, and brand strategies into forward looking demand plans, adjusting proactively to market changes.
- Balance service levels and inventory targets by monitoring stock, backorders, and projected supply risks.
- Partner with global supply nodes to ensure timely replenishment for both core and promotional items.
- Generate and present inventory and forecasting reports, translating complex data into meaningful insights for business stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance forecasting tools, and elevate best practices within the planning function.
- Contribute innovative ideas that challenge the status quo and improve planning effectiveness.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Engineering or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, operations, inventory management, or logistics within a process driven environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large datasets and draw actionable conclusions.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/APO preferred).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills — you enjoy influencing across functions.
- Highly detail oriented, organized, and able to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Proactive problem solver who anticipates challenges and brings forward ideas.
- Thrives in ambiguity and is motivated by continuous improvement.

The salary for this role is $80,000.00 - $95,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
