What you´ll do
As Regional Security Manager North America (NA), you are responsible to drive Physical Security & Operations, Crisis & Incident Management, Security Training Programs, Investigations across the US and Canada. You will be acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership at sites and reporting to the Security Director NA. You combine security knowledge with excellent communication and influencing skills. This is a role for Security professionals who think holistically, act decisively and translate strategy into measurable regional impact.
- Partner with leadership to implement security strategies, policies, and best practices; develop metrics and dashboards for performance tracking.
- Establish and maintain security processes, standards, and risk controls across the organization.
- Conduct risk-based site assessments; oversee design and integration of access control, surveillance, and intrusion systems; support facility projects and events.
- Drive risk mitigation through threat assessment and prevention measures.
- Oversee the design and integration of access control, surveillance, and intrusion systems.
- Ensure continuous monitoring and protection of personnel, facilities, and information systems.
- Support business continuity and emergency preparedness.
- Mitigate threats to operations and critical infrastructure.
- Lead incident response; coordinate with law enforcement as required.
- Conduct investigations, including interviews and corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety guidelines, and internal policies.
- Develop and deliver security training, exercises, and awareness programs.
- Promote a culture of security awareness and accountability.
- Support executive protection and travel security programs; provide briefings and assist travelers and expatriates.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree required (advanced preferred) with 5+ years in security, law enforcement, or military roles, including increasing responsibility, high integrity, and sound judgment.
- Strong knowledge of physical security systems, risk assessments, investigations, insider threat mitigation, and protective services.
- Experience in travel security, executive protection, and event security; professional certifications (APP, CPP, PSP, CISSP, etc.) highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills; ability to influence and collaborate across a regional matrixed environment.
- Ability and expectation to respond to incidents outside business hours.
- Ability to travel (~25% across North America).

The salary for this role is $100,000.00 - $155,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
