What you´ll do
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify digital opportunities for growth and efficiency across regions
- Assist in the conceptualization and implementation of digital transformation projects, including coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of key milestones
- Contribute to the preparation of clear presentations and training materials while capturing key user insights to support data‑driven decision‑making
- Take ownership of diverse tasks in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, gaining hands-on experience in scaling innovative business models
- Translate business needs into digital use cases and measurable outcomes
- Gain hands‑on exposure to AI product enablement from MVP to rollout
What makes you a good fit
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in business, engineering, data/digital fields or a related discipline, ideally in the final stages of a Bachelor’s degree or pursuing a Master’s degree
- Relevant practical or international experience, such as previous internships or a semester abroad
- Fluent in English, proficiency in German is a plus
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with familiarity in collaboration tools such as Teams and SharePoint; knowledge of Power BI, Miro and Azure DevOps is an advantage
- Basic understanding of digital technologies or AI concepts such as LLMs and prompt basics, automation or data‑driven decision‑making
- Comfortable with structured work, project coordination and presenting insights in a clear and concise way
- Proactive, curious and collaborative team player with a solution-oriented mindset
- Availability as of July 2026 for a full‑time, six‑month internship in Düsseldorf with hybrid working options

We offer you an attractive salary between € 1050-2270. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
