- As production Engineer, you would work closely with cross function team to drive.
- Production Process Optimization for Safety, Quality, Productivity.
- Production Standard Work & Training.
- Production Schedule Execution & Gap Closure.
What you´ll do
- Work with cross function team to identify the continuous improvement in production process and leading the improvement as time based.
- Development Production Standard Work & Organize Training to make sure compliance with requirements.
- Daily Review the production schedule execution to close gaps.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor or above.
- >=3 years related working experience.
- Positive Work Attitude and can work under pressure.
- Result Orientation & Self-Learning Person.
- Familiar with Lean/Quality ect.Tool, 6 Sigma Certification would be better.
- Good at Engineer, in written & oral.
