What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
- 5–8 years of relevant commercial experience in pricing, business management, finance, or product related roles within a B2B, industrial, or chemical based environment.
- Experience operating in a matrix organization, partnering closely with Sales, Finance/Controlling, and Product Management.
- Strong command of English required for regional and global collaboration.
- Post graduate qualification (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.
- Technical or scientific background (e.g. Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science) is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Ability to understand and apply technical product value drivers (e.g. performance, application benefits, cost drivers) in a commercial and pricing context.
- Proven experience in pricing execution, margin management, and commercial decision making for technically differentiated product portfolios (e.g. adhesives, chemicals, industrial materials).
- Strong leadership, project management and analytical skills with the ability to influence people at different levels across the organization.
- Experience in change management as well as project execution (e.g. capability to effectively manage simultaneous work streams and a broad variety of stakeholders).
- Experience using pricing and analytics tools (e.g. SAP, Salesforce, PROS, Power BI) to support pricing decisions, margin management, and performance analysis in a B2B environment.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to translate analytical insights into clear business recommendations.
