What you´ll do
- Leading and delivering projects in line with approved project charters and plans;
- Driving project execution to ensure on-time, on-budget, and in-scope delivery;
- Measuring, tracking, and reporting project performance and milestones;
- Proactively identifying risks, issues, improvement opportunities, and defining countermeasures;
- Acting as the central interface between project teams and project sponsors;
- Preparing, aligning, and validating project deliverables with all stakeholders;
- Providing regular and timely status updates to sponsors and steering committees;
- Setting up and ensuring execution of effective project communication plans;
- Leading project teams and delegating tasks effectively;
- Supporting the design, improvement, and standardization of PMO tools and dashboards (Excel, Power BI, SharePoint);
- Automating routine reporting and contributing to digital efficiency initiatives within the PMO.
What makes you a good fit
To succeed in this role, you bring a combination of technical project management skills, analytical capabilities, and strong communication abilities. You should have:
- A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering or a related field;
- At least 1 year of professional experience, ideally in project management or PMO-related roles;
- Strong analytical skills, with solid experience in Excel and Power BI;
- Familiarity with SharePoint and/or workflow or collaboration tools;
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail;
- Strong communication skills and maturity to interact with cross-functional teams and different organizational levels;
- Proactive, driven, and autonomous in problem resolution, with a strong sense of urgency;
- Advanced English;
- Intermediate Spanish.
