About this Position
Join our Global Business Controlling team as Manager Financial Planning (d/f/m) and gain exceptional exposure across our Henkel Adhesives Finance Organization. Partner with global stakeholders, our Commercial Financial Directors of each business unit as well as our Financial Director for Adhesive Technologies – shaping decisions that directly influence Henkel’s business performance.
What you´ll do
- Lead the short‑term & long-term planning process, including assessments of financial ambitions and the resulting strategic target setting
- Deliver high‑impact financial recommendations through insightful simulations and in‑depth analyses
- Elevate our financial planning landscape by driving digital controlling innovations, harnessing financial models, big data, and establishing global financial standards
- Play a key role in financial communication, top‑management meeting preparation, and the financial integration of acquisitions

What makes you a good fit
- Outstanding academic background, ideally with a focus on controlling/finance, accounting, or a related field
- Initial relevant professional experience in a finance‑ or analytics‑focused role
- Fundamental experience in financial analysis and strong interest in financial planning topics
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office – especially Excel; experience with PivotTable Analysis, VBA and/or data structures can be an advantage (not a must)
- Excellent analytical capabilities paired with strong communication and presentation skills
- Highly motivated team player with a proactive mindset and a strong “can‑do” attitude
- Fluent English language skills, German skills preferred
