About this Position

The Regional Raw & Packs Intern supports operational supply planning activities to ensure the timely replenishment of raw and packaging materials to manufacturing sites.

What you´ll do

  • Manage key supplier accounts (Aramco & SABIC), including booking execution, delivery coordination, invoice follow-up, and portal/account maintenance.
  • Monitor supplier booking systems in real time and execute time-critical bookings immediately upon allocation release to secure materials.
  • Maintain detailed booking trackers, including timestamps, attempts, confirmations, and escalation logs, ensuring full transparency of execution.
  • Coordinate end-to-end replenishment of raw and packaging materials by converting PRs to POs, issuing orders, and tracking supplier confirmations.
  • Align closely with production planning to ensure timely material availability, while proactively managing shortages, delays, and inventory risks.
  • Prepare and maintain supply and inventory reports (e.g., DOC, OSMI, L16), supporting analysis of stock levels, shortages, and supplier OTIF performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and externally (procurement, manufacturing, logistics, finance, suppliers) to ensure smooth supply execution and continuous improvement. 






What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of relevant work experience in materials planning, supply chain, or inventory management (internships or trainee programs may be considered)
  • Basic understanding of supply planning processes, including procurement, production planning, and warehouse operations
  • Exposure to raw and packaging materials planning within a manufacturing or FMCG environment is an advantage
  • Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems for order management and reporting
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications for reporting and analysis
  • Good command of English and Arabic with ability to work in a cross-functional and operational environment
