En Henkel estamos buscando un/a Pasante de Marketing con enfoque en Trade Marketing para integrarse a nuestro equipo de negocio de construcción. Esta posición está orientada a estudiantes con fuerte interés en análisis de datos, estrategia comercial y ejecución en punto de venta.
Tendrás la oportunidad de contribuir activamente en la toma de decisiones del negocio, apoyando con análisis estratégico y coordinación de iniciativas comerciales.
¿Qué harás?
- Analizar información de ventas, inventarios y desempeño en punto de venta (sell-out).
- Elaborar reportes, dashboards y visualizaciones (tablas dinámicas, gráficos).
- Identificar oportunidades de mejora en procesos y ejecución comercial.
- Apoyar en la coordinación de promociones y materiales POP en puntos de venta.
- Gestionar activaciones promocionales y seguimiento de su ejecución.
- Coordinar con proveedores y agencias (cotizaciones, órdenes de compra, entregas).
- Apoyar en procesos administrativos (órdenes de compra, facturación).
- Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo de ventas y marketing.
¿Qué te convierte en un buen candidato/a?
- Estudiante de: Marketing, Administración, Ingeniería Industrial o afines. (3° o 4° año)
- Interés en análisis de datos y estrategia comercial.
- Manejo intermedio de Excel (tablas dinámicas, gráficos).
- Conocimiento de herramientas digitales.
